FODIVO LLC Shipping Policy

At FODIVO LLC, we strive to ensure that your order reaches you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below is an outline of our shipping procedures, delivery times, and other important details.

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your shipping details and tracking number.

Note: Orders placed after 3 PM CST or on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.


3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer free standard shipping on all orders, both domestic and international. Shipping times may vary depending on your location.

  • Domestic Shipping (within the U.S.):
    • Standard Shipping: 2-5 business days
    • Expedited Shipping (available at additional cost): 1-3 business days
  • International Shipping:
    • Standard International Shipping: 10-21 business days, depending on the destination.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances like customs delays, weather, or other external factors.


4. Shipping Carriers

We partner with trusted shipping carriers such as:

  • USPS (United States Postal Service)
  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • DHL (for international shipments)

The carrier for your shipment will be chosen based on your location and shipping method selected during checkout.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order’s progress via the carrier's website.

Important: Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update after receiving your tracking number.


6. International Shipping

We ship internationally to many countries. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and other import fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Customs Fees: FODIVO LLC is not responsible for any customs charges or delays caused by customs clearance processes. Please check with your local customs office for further information about import duties and taxes.


7. Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we do not ship to the following locations:

  • P.O. Boxes (for expedited shipping services)
  • APO/FPO addresses
  • Certain remote regions where courier services are unavailable.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please reach out to us at hello@fodivo.com within 7 days of the delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

For damaged items, please provide:

  • A detailed description of the damage.
  • Photographic evidence of the damaged product and packaging.

We will either issue a replacement or a refund based on the circumstances of the situation.


9. Address Errors & Failed Deliveries

It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. FODIVO LLC is not liable for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will notify you and offer to reship the order (additional shipping fees may apply).


10. Shipping Delays

While we aim to provide accurate delivery estimates, certain factors such as natural disasters, holiday rush, and global events may cause delays in shipping times. If your order is delayed, we will do our best to keep you informed and assist with tracking your package.
