FODIVO LLC Refunds & Return Policy

At FODIVO, we strive to ensure our customers are fully satisfied with their skincare journey. However, we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. That’s why we have a clear and straightforward Refunds & Return Policy to make the process easy for you.

Return Policy

If you’re not completely satisfied with your FODIVO purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Here’s how it works:

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Any items that have been used, opened, or tampered with cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.
  • Return Window: You must request a return within 30 days from the date you received your order.
  • Proof of Purchase: Please include your order confirmation or receipt with your return to ensure quick processing.

Note: We cannot accept returns on sale or promotional items, gift cards, or items purchased from third-party retailers.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at hello@fodivo.com with the subject line "Return Request – [Order Number]". Include your name, order number, and reason for the return.

  2. Shipping Instructions: After receiving your request, we will provide detailed return shipping instructions, including our return address.

  3. Send the Item: Once authorized, please mail your product back to:

    Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during shipping. You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to avoid any issues.

  4. Inspection & Refund: After we receive and inspect your returned product, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Exchanges

We understand that sometimes you may want a different product instead. If you'd like to exchange your product for a different one, you can do so within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unopened and in its original condition.

To initiate an exchange, follow the same steps as above for returns, but mention that you'd like an exchange in your email. Once we’ve received your item and confirmed it’s in good condition, we’ll ship out the replacement product. Please note, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. To resolve the issue:

  1. Email us at hello@fodivo.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged or incorrect product.
  2. We’ll provide instructions for returning the item (if applicable) and will send you a replacement as quickly as possible, at no extra cost to you. You won’t need to cover shipping costs for damaged or incorrect orders.

Refund Processing

  • Approved Returns: Once your returned item is inspected and approved, we’ll send an email confirmation, and your refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, we may issue a partial refund for items that are not in their original condition or are returned outside of the 30-day window.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Items marked as final sale, gift cards, and promotional items are non-refundable.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement again.
  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take additional time before the refund is posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as there may be processing delays on their end.

If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please reach out to us at hello@fodivo.com.

Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping: You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item, except in cases where the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • International Returns: If you are returning a product from outside the United States, please note that you will be responsible for any return shipping fees, taxes, or customs duties that may apply.
